Missing values from custom fields in BigPicture Export

Hello,

From a BigPicture program (Gantt or Scope view), I export several columns. These concern dates, numerical values or text.
On export, some columns contain gaps, and not all rows are affected. This seems very random.
The associated custom fields are well configured.

In JIRA, from issue search, for the same columns, all data is exported.

Have you ever encountered this kind of problem?
For your information, a ticket is being processed by the SoftwarePlant editor but no success for the moment.

I have already opened a ticket in SoftwarePlant support. 
For the moment, there is no solution to my problem. I'm trying my luck on the community to see if anyone has already encountered the same problem.
