Hi

 

We have jira instance(Data Center) which is running with 7.6.6 version. Could you please help us how to enable mobile for jira in Android and iOS platform?

Hi Sugumaran,

Jira Server/ Data Center apps for iOS and Android are currently in Beta, and require Jira version 8.0 and higher. See here for more information: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/jira-software-mobile-app-966063511.html
