Mova a project to another instance

We would like to move a project from a JIRA Software cloud instance to another JIRA software cloud instance.

I have read documentation regarding the IMPORT & EXPORT backup but this does not allow to chose ONE project but the full JIRA instance.

So, is there a method to export just one project and import it in a new instance?

for Jira Software projects, you could use to Migration assistent of Jira Cloud itself, documented here.

Be carefull, app data will not be included. Be sure to test this first on a sandbox environment!
