Move Issue

I recently noticed on our board that moving an issue to the status of Done(using the context menu, there is not column for the status), does not automatically clone the issue.(it has cloned the issue in the past)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Raymond Liu ,

It depends on how you set up the cloning of the issues. I guess you are using automation. Assuming that, first step would be to check the automation settings in the project settings.

You should check if it is still there and if there are any problems in the audit log. 

If there are no errors and it is still there, you could check, if the triggers are correct or if have to change something in the automation.
