Move/ New Issue Type drop down: Sub Task is not an option

I want to move a Task to a Sub-Task of a parent issue, however, when I got MOVE, the New Issue Type drop down does not offer Sub-Task as an option. How do I add it?

Instead of 'moving' this action is called 'converting' in JIRA. So have a look for 'Convert to subtask' within the same drop-down.
