Move Project to different Site

I need to move a project to a different site (cloud2cloud).

Documentation says: Export JIRA from Site A, Import in Site B, delete all projects you do not want in Site B, then delete Project in Site A.

But the import tool on Site B says:

• Import your data first. Importing your data file will overwrite all data (except for users and groups) in your Jira Cloud site.

I already have a project in Site B i would like to keep. 

Would this be overwritten? How can i then move the project?

Hi Gaylord Aulke,

Cloud2Cloud supports the use of the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.
Is there any reason as to why you don't want to use this alternative?

This will, straight out, copy the project from Site A to Site B with all issues and configs.
You also have the option of choosing how you want to migrate your users (and if they should retain their group membership etc).
