Hi everyone, I have a question about moving tasks/issues on a board. On the board I have a total of 4 columns: to do, in development, in testing and donde. I can't move development tasks to tests, I can only move them to the first column or to done. Where do I have to configure this option? Thank you.
Hi @Elisabet Griera
Welcome to the community!
That happens because of the workflow which is related with the issues! The board holds statuses! This means that the issues which are in the column "In Development" can move to "Done" column because they have a transition step to "Done" status but not to the steps of column "In Test".
To make it work , you should ask your administrators to add a transition from status "In Development" -> "In Test" (depends on what makes more sense to your working model)

Hi @Elisabet Griera ,
You must be a Jira administrator or a board administrator for the board to configure its columns
Please configure the columns of the board, also refer the below link:

Hope this will help.
Thanks

Many thanks @Ankit Srivastava and @Sushant Verma for your answers. The problem is that I've my workflow updated (I'm Admin), but it still don't let me move tasks from "in progress" to "testing" (pruebas). I send you a screenshot of the workflow, do you see any kind of error? Many thanks again!
