Move issuesto another project and not have to change issue type

Is there a way to set options so when I bulk move my issue type: story to another project that the options of issue type does not change?

I actually dont have the option in the drop down:

You'll need to add the Story issuetype to the Perform (PER) project. You can do that by editing the IssueType scheme and adding Story to your available issuetypes.

As long as you have Story in your other project you should not have to change the issuetype.
