Moved servers but now my license key server id is not matching between application and license details

I moved from a temporary server that was using an evaluation license to another permanent server.  After what looks like a successful move I changed my license details to our new purchased license, however, the server id on the license and that of the application are not matching. I tried an edit on my license to change it to the server id that came over from my migration but it does not accept it - is this because it was an evaluation license?

I updated it through the database and they now match.  Is there anywhere else I need to change it i.e. config files or anything or is the only place that the server id stored is the database?
