Hi Team,
We noticed that only one user (the creator of the dashboard) has access to make changes to a dashboard. There is no option for this "dashboard creator" to allow another JIRA user to make necessary changes, which happens a lot within a project. Is there any solution/possibility to add a feature that allows this type of multiple configuration access?
Please advise.
Thank you!
Lakshmi
Hi Packialakshmi,
You'll need to change the shared dashboard owner. More steps here >> https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/managing-shared-dashboards-861254015.html?_ga=2.29609983.154383213.1525699211-108457575.1524776130
Steven,
Thank you for sharing the steps.
I noticed that being the owner, can edit and modify the shared dashboard.
The owner who created it who is the product manager of the project. Another person wants to have access so that he/she can assist product manager in modifying the DASHBOARD and providing necessary view for the squad.
So there is no feature that will allow for more than one person to edit a dashboard?
Please advise.

No problem at all.
Unfortunately that isn't possible. Only individual users can be assigned as the dashboard owner. People are able to copy dashboards and then edit those if that helps?

Hi,
Try to go to "Boards" > "View all boards", click on 3-dots icon as shown below:
... and choose "Configure"
Under "General" there is an "Administrators" field (User-picker), where you can easily add administrators for your board.
Hope this will help.

Apologies. Correction.
My Question is about DASHBOARD, not the board.
