Multiple Jira Subscriptions Causing Failures

We have users subsribed to this Jira account and unable to successfully login because of multiple Jira subcriptions from their company NV Energy.  The NV Energy help desk told me NV Energy shows subscriptions to the Oracle and BHE Jira accounts.

Is there a way the user can simply switch to this Jira account assigned by OSI?

Welcome to the community. I hope all is well.

So I would need to get a few answers from questions. Is NV Energy using IDP or Identity Provider to gain access to their Atlassian site? If they use Oracle my guess is yes but is it connecting to AD? Are they using groups to gain access?
If so is product access automatic? Does it require SSO? Are all sites under the same administration or ORG?
If the multi-site are all under the same user identity provider and under the same ORG they should be able use the product navigation in the top left corner and it should show up like this
If you see the carrot that is showing multiple site options.


Please let me know how its set up and I can give you some better guidance.

The NV Energy Help Desk could not identify the NV Energy Jira administrators for the Oracle and BHE Jira accounts.  However, I will ask the users that reported the failures to see if they were able to see what you showed.
