Is their any way to bring more than one project into the Greenhopper Simplified Workflow or must it be a customized view?
The Atlassian site related to simplified workflow tells us that we can’t convert a board to simplified workflow if it has multiple projects on it. But what if we’ve previously converted a board with one project on it to simplified workflow, and also a second board – can we then change the filter on the first board to include the second?
Thanks
Hi,
If using a specific customized Jira workflows, actually four different projects where one of them has a unique workflow. The other three projects are using another workflow.
Questions:
- To use one single Agile scrum board for all four projects must they all use same Workflow?
- And the used workflow must be selected for all issue types?

Is this soemthing that will be fixed. its not very agile if you are bound to only one project on the board. I dont see any reason why it wouldnt work if the projects share the same workflow sheme.

Not sure what a simplified view is but if you change the board's main filter in the boards configuration, you can add more projects to the board.

Anyone else know about the Simplified View? We wonder if the filter has more than one project whether all the projects will work with the automation built into the simplified view.
