Hello
Hope it is possible, what I need.
I need to chose 2 issues (in the list of 3-4) in 2 clicks. I can do it now if I click on the issues and press ctrl. I would like to avoid this way, and just select my issues by clicking on them.

I did nothing. I have an admin access to our Jira Core application, and I am allowed to do any modification. But I am not Developer, I am doing the support, and I do not know if it is possible to modify the multiple list so the user can select the issues without using "CTRL"

The easiest way to change it is to go see your Jira admins and tell them you'd need this field to be a checkbox instead of a select list.

I don't think you can avoid pressing CTRL to select multiple values in a Select list. Maybe a checkbox would be a better choice for your use case?
Hope this helps,
- Manon
