I have been getting the following error all day when I try to access BigPicture:

Hi Deji,

Do you have to a cloud installation or a server instance?

The errors are tokenized for security reasons that is why you see these codes instead of a more meaningful stack trace.

If you have a server version you may look at your log files, search for the token you posted and see a "real exception".

Please contact us via support@softwareplant.com, we will be more than happy to help you!

Have you looked at the Jira log files? It will probably contain more information.
