Hello all. I have a Project in Jira Cloud with an set of ongoing Epics to track operational issues that the team encounters over time. The team rotates through Ops Duty and takes turn creating, working, and closing operational issues, which they track as Task tickets in a Kanban style workflow.
I have a Dashboard that displays stats and charts for the 3 Epics that I care about: Created vs Closed W/W, Time to Close W/W, etc. We recently changed our Workflow around a little to remove some unneeded statuses, and since then, our Created vs Closed widget on the Dashboard shows 0 closed each week. I tried recreating it, but the new widget displays the same behavior.
We're using the same DONE status that we were using before; there's only one of type DONE and named DONE as far as I can tell from looking at Settings > Issues > Statuses. Should we be using the built-in CLOSED instead of DONE? I'm pretty sure we were using DONE before, though, as we did not have to remove CLOSED, and our DONE is of type DONE, as well.
What is happening here?
