My Jira Project is getting an error when trying to connect to a confluence space.

My jira project was connected to my confluence space. Now it says it cannot connect and I get an error that says Connection Failed. 

I created and am the admin for both the space and the project. It was connected previously and I was able to go into the integrations in the Confluence space and add the jira project there, but I am not able to get to the Confluence pages I created from the Jira Project due to the connection error.

Atlassian reported an incident relate to linking Confluence spaces to Jira Project.
At the moment, some services have degraded performance.

If the problem persists after they fixed it, let us know so we can try to figure it out.
