My Jira task has disappeared

Hi everyone, 

I've created few tasks and they are disappeared suddenly. I don't understand because there is no explaination. I receive emails when a task is updated but i've received nothing when the tasks has disapeared.... I can't have the history of thoses tasks because they are not available anymore...

Have you experienced the same thing ?

Are you sure there aren't any filters active?

Yes i'm sure, i've never used any filter, just the search bar to find my task. And i always add my tasks in my Favorites in my toolbar and when i click to the task it's written like We could not connect to this ticket...
