My Jira won't load on my new MS Surface Laptop BLOCKER for an entire department!

I keep getting this pop up:"somethings gone wrong" our team has been notified - if the problem persistes pleaes contact support.

Not really a lot to go off of in this question.  More details would be helpful for tech support.  I'd try a few things: 

  • Clear cookies and cache on your browser
  • Try to access on different browsers
  • Try to access your account from another PC
  • Contact Atlassian tech support

Thanks alot for helping. I have tried all of the above. 

I can access from different PC's just not this laptop.

There is no such thing as Atlassian tech support?? This is all it keeps coming back to - a community group chat?? Do you know of any phone numbers to call or email???

To be honest, this seems like more of a question for your desktop support team as the issue appears to be with your laptop.  However, here's how to submit a ticket to Atlassian support:
