My Jira workflow isn't working anymore

I have added github to my Jira projects and it was working properly before, but recently (Dec 2019) the Jira workflow isn't working anymore. For example, when I pushed my code to git branch and it doesn't change the task on JIRA from TODO to IN PROGRESS, or PULL REQUEST UNDER REVIEW. Could you please give me some adivce?

Can you share the configurations of that transition in the workflow?

Can i ask you ..like have you checked the respective workflow transition triggers? have you added the issue key while committing/pushing the code to git?

To check the workflow you need to have the Jira admin rights. if not then please contact your Jira admin and ask to check.
