So I create a Regression test pack with multiple tickets in it. But when I want to start testing each tickets, the page refuses to open. it loads a blank page with a message that states "Something's gone wrong, Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian support" looks like a bug. What do I do as I need to test these tickets Asap.
If you followed a link, it's possible that you haven't logged into Jira or Jira doesn't 'remember' you, and that's why you get that message. I would try logging in and then follow the link.
