I am posting this on her behalf since she can't even post in this community for help. She tried:
- Clearing her browser cache and cookies.
- Restarting computer
- Different browsers (Safari & Chrome)
The login credentials are definitely the rights ones.
When trying to log in, the page becomes blank. After 20 min of waiting on a blank page. She got the following message in Safari ("Nonce Verification Failed").
Hello @Jean Mignault,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I was able to see that all users were able to log in on the site today.
Is everything working as expected?
If she is still facing the same issue, please, send us a screenshot of the error and let us know if the same error happens if she tries to log in using another browser.
Also, ask her to try to login first in id.atlassian.com to check if the issue happens.
Regards,
Angélica
Yes, Angélica. The issue was finally fixed. It seemed to be a proxy server issue with the ISP of the administrator. Thanks to all for your answers.

Hi @Jean Mignault ,
Since you are using cloud Jira, you can not see the logs. I suggest that you open a support ticket to Atlassian.

@Mehmet A _Bloompeak_ sometimes users think of AWS as Cloud.
Yes I do agree if he is Atlassian Cloud he will need to open a support ticket.

What error do you see on the log? Atlassian-jira.log
Let's start there. Try to focus on Errors while checking the logs
