My email is set "inactive", can I reactive that email to join Jira?

I can't find that email in admin

@khueltm  Are your accounts managed via an external identity provider like Google or Active Directory?

Hello @khueltm ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

What do you mean by email is set inactive or your access in Jira in Jira site is deactivate. If your access in Jira is deactivate, you can reach out to your site administrator to reactive your account.
