We use jira cloud and haven't changed any notification settings between yesterday and today, but today we don't seem to be getting them. Trying to find out if other people are having the same issue or if it may be something with our internal email server.

This is very strange. My cloud instance works well. About email notification, Cloud use own email. Can you explain better own mail configuration?
