Hello Dario,

are you sure that you're in the right project? The Jira icon being placed in the "Recommended for your team" section and having the "TRY" status tag heavily imply to me that Jira was never used on that specific instance. 

However I see 4 instances in total in your sidebar. Could it be that the Jira - and Jira project - you are looking for is located on one of those 3 other instances?

Alternatively: What happens if you click on the linked Jira issues like the BB-128? Where does the system take you?
