My jql filter is not picking up all the cards in the board

i created a board that shows 18 diff projects

then created a jql filter for my swimlanes that is 

reporter = "my id xxxx" AND duedate <= endOfWeek()

and some projects cards come under the swimlane everything else and some come under my Name, but they are the same date same project same reporter.

why?
