If you have a free trial then yes it is likely that it has expired - Atlassian should have sent an email about it though.
If you have less than 10 agents then you would be able to switch to the free version of Atlassian.
If your trial has expired then you could reach out to Atlassian to see if there is anything they can do to restore your data to a free version, but this isn't something I've had experiences of so I don't know if it is possible.
