Hi all,

I've set up a project in JIRA. I want to see on all the time spent on each item and also a rolled up total time per epic.

Things I have tried:

  • Configuration
    • Have added users with permission to "work on issues" to enable time logging
    • Have enabled the time-tracking feature in settings
  • Ran Basic Time Tracking Report
    • Logging time to issue types Story / Subtask / Task
    • Running Time Tracker Report with no results
  • Adding a Version
    • Added an Issue & Subtask to a new version I created
    • Selected that version in the TIme Tracker Report
    • Still no results

Seems like a pretty basic function of reporting on logged time. I am a little stumped as to why this isn't working. Have I configured something incorrectly?

All feedback appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Shaun.

@Shaun Loh , To roll up the effort spent on the hierarchial tree up the related epic , in my organization, we use the Structure plugin's view => https://wiki.almworks.com/display/structure/Progress+Based+on+Time+Tracking
