I have a Jira admin user account and trying to set the transition status of multiple issues as resolved. I get this message on the option to select...

NOTE: You do not have permission to perform a bulk transition on the selected issues

I tried to adjust the permissions and added myself to the groups that have the permissions to set the Transition to Resolved. But it's not working.

Hi Asif,

Please check your workflow to see if you have any restrictions on it that only allows a specific user/project role/group to perform the transition.
