Need JQL to select all issues with issueLinkType = blocked but not by issue in same Project

We want to see issues that are blocked, but only those blocked by another team not our own.  For example:

Project in (CM1, CM2, CM3) and issueLinkType = "is dependency of" 

which outputs the list of issues that are dependencies.

However the CM1 team doesn't want to see dependencies on their own issues (they know those) just those from other teams CM2 and CM3.

How do I exclude from the list those issues that are dependent on their own teams?
