Need adjust multiple approvers in service desk project

I can add multiple approvers in service desk but only 1 can approve . I need settings for multiple approvers will be able to approve . Now after 1 granted approval we can go on but other people lost possibility to approve. Just need to add , that JIRA must be adjusted according approver for examples sometimes let us go on with 3 approvers sometimes 5 ect. I don't want to create "consider approval after " for example 3 approvals as I need it automatically, depending of number of approvers

Hi @Magdalena Nowak You can also try the add-on Business Process Manager. 

Here is the approval step that allows set up approval by a single person or group of users to approve requests in sequential order.

Additionally, you can configure changing issue status after all Approvals made a decision.

After an assignee submits the form in the issue the assignee will be changed to the first approver.

HI Magdalena,

I don't believe you are going to be able to do that. For sure not with out of the box Jira. You can have multiple Approvers and say that 2 or 3 or 5 need to approve. But you have to set that in the workflow and it's not going to be dynamic unless you say ALL need to approve. 

But once one approves and you say only one is needed, it will keep moving because it doesn't matter if anyone else wants to approve it after the fact. That person could put in a comment.
