Hi there,

I am trying to get IIS to properly forward requests to JIRA. We have it setup currently through URL rewrites, but the issue I am having is dashboards are not loading, or any .jsp files at all. I have made several changes to the tomcat server.xml file but have not got it working properly.

Also to note, we have Confluence running on the same server.

Ideally, I would want to be able to go to https://servername.comfor Confluence and https://servername.com/jira for Jira.

The Confluence piece works great right now, it's just the issue with Jira.

Any tips/advice would be great, Thank you!

That will be simpler,if you post your configuration copies. It will clear few doubts.

& another major doubt, as you mentioned in your question,

1) Have you configured Confluence on IIS first before configuration of JIRA?

2) Is JIRA & Confluence installed on same server on which your IIS installed?

3) Most of the time firewall setting also matters? [plz check that too]

I was utilizing the first article you have listed. But this was previously was being worked on by another administrator so I'm not sure whether or not changes from the second article happened or not.

I can post screenshots or copies of my configuration if necessary.

Thank you!
