The UI shown in the image seems to be from a Marketplace app, it's not native Jira UI. If you want to import worklog entries for issues in Jira, you can follow the CSV import method explained here:

This is a screenshot from our app Worklogs - Time Tracking and Time Reports, lite Time Tracker. Did you install it? If you have a question on how to use it I will be happy to assist you. However, I would need more information on what is your situation and what you would like to acihieve. You can contact us here or book a demo from a caledar here.  

Our Worklogs, creates reports based on Jira's native Time Tracking and Jira issue fields. First, you need to log time to your Jira issues, so that you can have a data to work on. 

After that, you can open our app and select from the available filters and groupings to create a report. Current look of the app has different colors.

Hi Ewa,

This feature would allow us to track the hours spent on each task, which would be extremely helpful in meeting our deadline. We are SAS partners and would like to use this feature for the above mentioned reason. Could you please help us get this app at the earliest as we really need it now.
