Need help with Creating a issue in JIRA by submitting a form in Confluence - Attachments

I have created the form in Confluence and have setup the Scriptrunner Rest endpoints to receive the data and everything is working fine as documented in https://www.adaptavist.com/doco/display/F4C/iv.+Creating+a+issue+in+JIRA+by+submitting+a+form+in+Confluence

Now the users wish to add the 'Forms - Attachment' Macro to automatically add attachments at creation.

Question 1 - is this doable?

Question 2 - If it is.... how?

Can you clarify if you are using ScriptRunner for Cloud, or for Server?
