Currently we have added the Jira Server app in Microsoft Teams. The connectivity is established and we can view all the Jira issues under the Assigned to me tab (in the Jira Server app). We are now looking for a Log Work Hours button in this view so that users can directly fill in timesheets from Microsoft Teams. Also since we are using Tempo Timesheets third party add-on, we would need to capture some additional fields like description, activity (development/testing/support/etc) while logging the work hours. Please help.
Note: Jira Server app does offer a basic feature for capturing the work hours against a Jira issue ID. But this feature is not very user friendly as it requires some amount of context switching and also isn't able to capture fields like description, activity, etc.
