Just what it says on the tin.
I need to directly contact Support within a week and change to un-delete my Jira but there is seemingly absolutely no way to do so on a free account.
Any advice on how to actually get ahold of someone?
Hello @Cactuar
I created a support case on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3546614
In the future, you can create this kind of support case by going to https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
Then selecting "Your Account" and "Reactivate subscription". From there our team can attempt to reactivate a site.

Hello @Cactuar
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What was the exact notification that you received? And when did you receive it?
What message do you get when trying to access your Jira product?
Atlassian will deactivate a Free subscription where there has been no activity for 120 days. They will send emails about this prior to actually deactivating it. They will hold the data for a grace period to give the customer time to request reactivation. After the grace period they permanently delete the data and it can no longer be recovered. An email is sent before they do that also.
If you have received the email that the data has been permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
If your subscription has only been deactivated and the data has not been deleted yet, then it can still be recovered.
While customers with only Free subscriptions cannot access the support team directly, for questions about your subscription you can contact the Billing/Licensing team through this page:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
Community Champions, like me, can also flag posts here in the Community to raise them to the attention of Atlassian Team Members for additional support.

Five days ago I received an email telling me explicitly that my Jira has been deleted and that I need to contact support within 15 days to reactivate/recover it. However I discovered I could not actually contact support.
Thank you for the link but that does not seem to be working for me either. It won't accept either the URL or Organization ID as an identifier, so I can't proceed any further than the third prompt.
If you could help me get in contact with someone before time runs out and my data is deleted I would be very grateful
Cheers

@Trudy Claspill Sorry to bother you again so soon, I'm sure you're busy but I'm worried about time running out. Will you be able to help?
