Need to create listing of Story Count and Story Points at Sprint Start AND Ending

A partner asked me to give them this information for multiple projects.  I know you can see this information in the JIRA Reports (Burndown and Sprint) screen to get the original started Stories/Points and where they ended up.  However, this is a manual process for each Sprint within a project and they'd like an extract.  They're looking for information about 12 projects and multiple Sprints within each project

We currently got ScriptRunner and am not sure if that well help us out. 

Any ideas?  

Any add-ons come to mind that can give me this kind of reporting over multiple projects and Sprints?

This is what they're looking for:

Project | Sprint Name | Sprint Start Date | Sprint End Date | # Stories at Start | # Stories Completed | # Story Points at Start | # Story Points Completed

It seems that our Team Performance Reports and Insights app can help you get most of the right data. Make sure to select the time range you are interested in and then the 12 projects you want to get data for in the Project or Filter dropdown.

In the Insights tab select Sprint completion rate where you can get both the story points and number of issues at the sprint start and the story points/issues completed. In addition, you get the percentage for each sprint.

Thanks for the suggestion.  However, I should have mentioned that we're on the server version and not the cloud.  Team Performance Reports and Insights  appears to be for the cloud versions only.

I did some investigation and found something that might work.  And is not that expensive ( we have 10,000 license agreement)
