Need to do a wild card search of the epic link in a filter

We need to be able to do a wild card search of the epic link field in a filter so that we can see what the users stories that tie to those epics and then tie up to our initiatives.  We have created an initiative code that we start all our epics with since we weren't able to figure out another visual way to show on the cards.  We need this to role the information up to our dashboards to show our execs.

We haven't been able to figure out anything works for this filter - can you help?

Is this available for the Data Center version?

we've already been testing this add-on and it was previously available for Data Center. After changes in Jira, we have to do it again, for all our add-ons.
