Need to do the JIRA Admin Course but site is so confusing unable to understand how to do the same?

The best way to clear the exam is to thoroughly read the official documentation for each topic and practice hands-on in a Jira instance.

As @Vikrant Yadav  mentioned about the Atlassian Learning module. You can explore free learning JIRA course in different subsets as Boards, Admin works, etc.
Also you may go for Udemy course as well
