Need to get the list of users who are in individual groups but not in a particular group

I’m trying to pull out a report that need list of users who are in an individual groups but are not in a particular group

Welcome to the community. To answer your question, I assume we cannot retrieve member lists of a group from JQL. This is an administration task which can be managed from your Jira Administrator. An administrator knows who is present in which group and can pass you the member list.

We may also have some options to get the list of users from a group using the Jira API. But I don't have a good hands on experience in that.
