Need to have access to delete or remove attached documents in Jira that I've created

How do I get access to delete my own stuff??

It's ridiculous that I can edit old comments but cannot remove old or bad files that I had attached to my Jira by mistake.

Inside the Jira Project, go to "Project Settings" (left menu)

And then To "Permisions."

To modify these ones, "Action" >> "Edit Permissions"

I don't see this option on my site but I think that could be because I don't have permission to change Project Settings. 

Do you happen to know who is the person to talk to about that?

Is posible that you dont have Permissions to do this in The Permission Scheme of the project.

There are a section for :

• Delete Own Attachments (Users with this permission may delete own attachments.)

Can you Modify these ones?
