Need to make sure when they reassign from JIRA to any group - that work notes are required

On screen of a project, we have field called assignment group, when changing it the work-notes should be popup. can anyone help me with the requirement

Hi Rajesh,

Do you want the work-notes field to be required or to be opened like a pop-up?

The first option is possible and I can help you with, the second one, you would need to create a new screen, for it to be opened, once this happen.

Could you please indicate which one would fits you better?
