Need to minor upgrade Insight Addon, but market place have only Latest Version

     I have Insight Addon 7.0.0 version, need to upgrade 7.0.2 (which was small bug fixed), Atlassian Market place have only latest version, Addon license was recently expired we have only maintenance support. Please suggest me for further Action. My application Server (ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS) & RDS database(Postgress 9.6.16) both are hosted in different servers.

    If i install 7.0.2 supplier page instead of upgrade, How can i take backup & configure along with complete data.
