Need to search Similar issue to display when we create a new one to avoid duplicate

We have a need to restrict duplicate issue creation in our project., so achieve this when we create a new issue based on text we enter in Summary we need intelligence to display similar issues created previously in the project.

So we need a search similar to AI search attached while creating issue ticket to avoid duplication.

is there any way to achieve this or any Cloud Fortified Plugin supports this functionality to add in our Jira

I can recommend our own app, "Similar and Related Issues Finder". You can configure it for issue creation screen as you have requested. It is not "Cloud Fortified" yet, but it will be until the end of November.

In Jira software project type, it is not feasible without plugin. I have checked and found below plugin.
