New Jira UI doesn't pre-populate ticket number when a user logs time on a ticket.
Anyone experiencing this problem ? How to fix it ?

Can you confirm the issue that you are actually seeing on your end please? Screen shot(s) will be helpful.

In terms of logging time on a ticket, I am seeing this on my end. So, I am entire certain the problem that you are experiencing:
