New Jira user has white screen with logo only header
I added a new user to access our cloud instance of Jira and confluence today but when they log in they just get a white screen wiht an empty header.
They can access confluence ok.
i have given them access to 1 project and added they are member of the groups for jira user, confleunce user, plus the project groups.
