New Parent field, how can I include the issue type Feature in the dropdown list aside from EPIC?

How can I add issue types New Feature to the list of selection in the dropdown for the  new Parent link/field for my project?

At the moment the dropdown is only showing the EPICs

Is the New Feature issue type added to the correct hierarchy level?

If not, add it to the correct level and try again.
