Hi
The invitation emails are not sent/received by the new users. We have had this issue before a few times and despite my request every time it is not yet completely resolved. Apparently, the email gets stuck in the mail server.
I need to resolve this ASAP. Thank you
Best regards
Nima
In my case the account was created automatically by the system, since domain was configured to auto create an account.
However user hasn't received any e-mail, not can't reset password. (Email is not received).
I can click `Reset password` on my side and it says this:
However user doesn't receive anything. I've created the: JST-405553 just for that. Hope you can resolve this problem.

OK I found the problem. When trying to invite a new user, at the bottom of the invitation form there is field "Send Invitation Email" that is checked by default. Strangely enough, there is a question mark next to it which if you hover over it it says "Don't send the invite now. When you're ready, go to Users or the User profile and hit "resend invite."". So if you uncheck this field and hit invite user and then go to the list of users and click on "Resend" for the considered user, the email will go through.
This is a serious bug that can consume a lot of time to debug.

Did you find the issue? I have the same one.
Edit - sorry I saw the solution at the end of this now. That is not working for me as it has been sent. Sorry for the mail!
