New Workflow creation

Hi,

I want to create a new workflow with the below mentioned statuses.

Backlog = Backlog ( currently it's in "to-do")
Refined = Backlog ( New workflow)
To Do = To Do
In Dev = In Progress
In Review = In Progress
In QA = In Progress
Done = Done
