New account issues - emoji reactions and android login not working on new accounts

Hi all, we are using Jira cloud and have been using it for over a year. I recently added three new users. Two of these new users have no problems; however, the third has a few strange issues.

1. Emoji reactions to comments do not work

 - (see image)

2. Cannot log in to the Android app

 - Mobile login just gets stuck here

3. The rank of new issues created added automatically gets updated

 - This only happens when creating issues in 1 of our 2 projects and happens at the exact time the user creates the issue.

All the new users have the same Access, Roles, and Groups.

I then created a 4th new test user and this user experienced issues 1 and 2 with this account too. I then granted the test account higher roles and added them to admin groups and the issues still persist.

Please note I tried logging in with this test user on my android which I regularly use for my own regular account so I know it is not a device issue.

Hey @daniel , I think it is best to raise a support request through support.atlassian.com . 

The support team will be able to go through the configuration and find out what is going on.
