New add-on license notification says purchased items have not been installed, yet everything is installed.

I get the below Add-on notifications:

"There are 2 new add-on licenses that have been purchased but not yet installed. See Purchased Add-ons for more details."

Is there a real problem or can I ignore this notification? How can I resolve this issue?

If you click on the link, it will check and if there is nothing it will tell you.   If you know of sure everything is fine then just ignore it.   The message does the come back though after clearing it.
